There are 2 parts of goa north and south goa but both the areas have different environment (or scenario) only beaches are common.Yoc can go goa with different people or group of peoples :
1. With Family/ spouse/ children :
If you are planning to go goa with your family, wife, husband, childrens you should prefer to visit South goa.
- South goa has beaches which are calm,quite and with less public.
- South goa beaches have white sand so it look neat and clean.
- Colva beach is the most famous one.
- You can find many churches, temple, mosque, Museum and other heritage places.
- For honeymoon couples also it is a preferable place to go as both can spend their
quality time with each other.
- Night walk on beach is always memorable as south goa beaches are vary less
crowded at nights.

2. With friends/girlfriends along with friends :
If your planning to go Goa with your friends or girlfriend/boyfriend along with other friends, it will preferable to go to North goa.
- Northgoa is a happening place.
- Night life of north goa is must watch thing. if your vising north goa then dont
forget to go to bar's and night club in north Goa.
- Shacks are set up on the beach where lively music is on all through the day.
- North Goa comprises Baga-Calangute-Candolim-Sinquerim, different ends to a single
stretch of beach, which gets visitors from all over India and has made Goa the
world renowned destination.
- If you dont want to sit in restraurants at night then you can take your food, drinks,
snacks and sit beach side with your group and enjoy talking, gossiping, playing
games etc....
- Watersports are conducted at these beaches.
- North goa is the safest beach in India. Specifically at night time during the seanson i.e in oct- march period.
- If you dont want to spend much on stay then you can easily get well furnished
apartment and guest houses on rent for 1-3 day or for a week. This is cheaper then
taking a hotel rooms.large group of people can stay in easily stay in 2-3 bhk
apartments with a cheaper cost and more facilities.
- For brunch you should visit Brittos. It a wonderful restro with delicion menu and
located at beach side.
- you can visit Titos , kamaki and many more attracting bar and club at bagha beach
during night.
- travel to a morgin beach on bike is a wonderfull experience.
- After parting whole night, then seeing sunrise on beach around 4 or 5 also a
memorable experience.
- Walking to Aguada fort then at other side walking down to beach from fort is a
nice experience.
I think people should go to goa once in a year with friends, family etc and dont forget to eat seefood with beer it tastes awesome ;-).
You cant cover all places in one trip so relax and enjoy try to visit goa once every year, every time you will have a different experience even at same place.
